Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–1 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (914) 537-1510. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, newrochelle-dental.com.

This place was amazing. Everyone was so lovely and kind. Felt more like family then going to the dentist. I was a bit nervous because of a previous experience I had at another dentist office whom wasn’t kind at all. But this place I went to today they were a God send for sure. I recommend them to anyone looking❀️

Lina, the hygienist is clearly one of the best in the business. She does a wonderful job. Her recommendations for teeth management have helped me maintain excellent health of my teeth.

This Dental Office is ran by the husband, the daughter and the wife. They will charge you double then tell you they will submit your paperwork to your insurance. They are dishonest and overcharged me $2500 They only let one Patient in at a time in the closed office so that they can control you over what the wife communicates to you about your dental insurance If you’ve ever had a dental procedure, they definitely made money off you if you did not look or call your dental benefit

communication has been consistently poor; messages go unreturned, I was recently told I had not confirmed an appointment so they would need to β€œaccommodate”me. While other times I call to confirm my appointment no one returned my call. While I value the professional care provided by my hygienist Lena. these ongoing administrative failures have led me to the decision to never return. Additionally, I’m also disappointment with the administrative staff handling an unresolved billing issue. Despite my insurance provider and me both paying for the same service, I have yet to receive a refund for this overpayment. My child was covered under my policy during that time, yet they asked her to pay for the services. My repeated inquiries have been met with excuses rather than a resolution. I have made several inquiries so much so that the excuses were so asinine. Clearly the refund is an issue.

The staff at New Rochelle Dental Arts is phenomenal! I had a dental emergency and they went above and beyond to help get me an appointment. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Ebrani was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He eased my concerns and explained everything very clearly.
